I'll turn Stabby's steel dagger into 2.5 points.  I'll also trade in my bow and cloak for 1 point. Copper bow (1), copper chain mail (1), dwarf leather glove (0.5), copper helm (1), and a point in archer.

Maybe with an actual metal bow I can do some damage after I run out of arrows.
