Hmm... that shouldn't matter, actually, since Zodiac is chosen based on when your sign is on the other side of the sun.  That shouldn't be affected by which hemisphere you're in.

Yeah. But it will affect your ascendant, the sign that was rising at the time of your birth.

According to the Sidereal zodiac, I'm still Leo.

Though under the Tropical zodiac, I just went from Virgo to Leo.

So... I guess I must be Leo now?
