Attempt to find generic infoboxes on the various planets.
If there aren't any, look up how to make them.

Like, you could mouse over or right click or something and it'd pop up with useful info like composition, volume, mass, etc.

List planets with:
Abundance of hydrogen, oxygen, and carbon.
Solid surface.
Atmosphere, preferably oxygen and nitrogen. Oxygen is more important.
Temperature range from about 175 Kelvin to 500 Kelvin, or narrower. The 'perfect' temperature would be 233 Kelvin to 333 Kelvin, but you gotta take what you can get.

173 unnamed planets, Tarana, Yavatos, Yavatos I, fit your standards, 12 unnamed planets fit your perfect.

Which isn't perfect, it's 42 degrees too low, because I messed up the conversion to Celsius. >_>
275 K to 375 K is the actual perfect for water in liquid state.
Stupid me, making more work for you.

Alright. Five planets, right? Tarana, Yavatos and five unnamed?
Name the unnamed ones A, B, C, D, and E for expedience.
Now, look at them, select them, see the stats.

((We need to create some life. How should we go about doing this? Anyone?))
