Hmm. Dangerous question to answer decisively.

According to my meta, he's following his 'townie' archetype. However, I don't believe I've ever seen him play as mafioso before, so any meta towntell I have on Otto is hookum anyway. A Doc protect on him would be moved more out of guilt from a previous game than anything else, although he has shown nothing thus far I would consider particularly scummy. There are certainly worse people a doc could be on, although I won't name names. >.>

The only time it's stupid to lynch a lurker based on that alone is lylo. Otherwise, it's a sound kill, even if they're not scum.

The nine conversed, bickering and debating. Who are the traitors? WHAT are the traitors??

Toaster and IronyOwl watched over the conversation wearily, IronyOwl clutching a strange lump on his abdomen and muttering strange, rambling incoherencies. Wretched man, Toaster thought. IronyOwl showed up at his door years ago, wishing to follow in the teachings of The Master. He quickly rose through Toaster's ranks through a combination of guile, loyalty and unflinching resolve through even the most secret and questionable of missions. Toaster trusted him - HAD to trust him - but, sometimes, it seemed like IronyOwl had his own objectives.

The overwhelming force of The Master that had pervaded the room earlier had now died down to a dull pulse, as if the volcano had a molten heart. The mental beats marked away the hours as the nine argued.

After many hours, it seemed they had made a decision. Azure Sepulchre, Darvi and The Captain stood up, and strode purposefully over to UristMcDwarf. The Captain brandished a wicked-looking blade, the ritual dagger that all followers of The Master carried when they proved themselves loyal.

"Hey Urist," Darvi said, "what's the matter? You haven't said much... Got something to hide there?"

"Yeah, filthy traitor," Azure Sepulchre chimed in, "If you really cared about The Master you'd be helping us. The only question now is, who is your partner?"

Urist gazed coolly into their eyes. "You're wrong about me, you know. The Master knows I am faithful."

A streak of blood splattered against the warm rock floor. Steam hissed from the gash in UristMcDwarf's throat as The Captain wiped his blade clean on Urist's robes. The steam coalesced into a thick black fog, and trailed towards the stone: The Master's seal.

Suddenly, like a knife in your consciousness,



Toaster spoke up. "Now his soul shall be taken by The Master to serve Him in a new, direct way. He is, truly, a lucky man."

UristMcDwarf has been lynched!

He was a Cult Member, loyal but unremarkable.

Shortly after killing UristMcDwarf, you all involuntarily pass out from physical exhaustion (from sacrificing your life force to The Master) and mental strain (from staying awake for so long trying to find The Traitor)

The warm volcano floor provides surprisingly comfortable sleep.

After several hours, you all begin to wake up. You take a head count, and it appears The Captain is missing.

The only sign of him is a dark pool of blood, with a messy trail of bloody streaks leading over to a lava pit.

The Stone of The Master's seal is pulsing quickly. You prepare yourself for His presence, and He does not let you down.



It seems The Captain was your Cult Inquisitor... curse the traitors!

The task is now significantly more difficult for the seven that remain. Best to find and kill the traitors soon.
