Stick to 1 and take backups.  It gets really hard to double-IC, to be honest.

Well, okay--that can work all right for town when you have a number of laid-back mentors, but if you have two Dakarians in town-chat or three of me in scum-chat that's going to cause problems.

A council of mentors works in the real world, but... this is mafia, where we all weaponize our latent aggressive sides.

(Plus, it's good to let IC be a coveted position, because then people don't get too worn out from the role)
