Typo: "is now a Guard."

Just a tiny quibble.

If I remove, say, a Planter from the Fortress Guard, then the message at the bottom says "SoAndSo is now a Guard" when it should say that s/he has gone back to being a Planter.  Since I often move people back and forth between the FG and the "real" military, I like to know where in the dwarflist they end up so that I can draft them again.  The "is now a Guard" message makes that a bit annoying to do.
