My first goblin ambush

So. I was walking around, chilling. I had accepted a quest from the lady of a nearby castle to go murder a goblin camp. So, I rounded up 6 warriors and took off. then I was stopped by this:

TELL THEM IT WAS THE ROCKS OF RAGE IF YOU LIVE!
WTF? I thought. At first I thought that my fellow companions were rebelling, but then I saw the horde of g's coming. Christ, we must have killed 20. It was awesome, and I got an unexpected notable kill out of it. Alas, only two of my adventurers survived.

How did your first ambush experience go?

Badly, I got killed by a BS arrow in the back which chipped a bone and caused unconsciousness from the pain, then the Goblins wailed on me until I died. It was my own fault for not bringing enough meatshield companions though. Now I always take the maximum I can, just so they can soak up the hits.

They were quite pathetic. My Bone Doctor fixed them all up on his own, and i just threw a rock at their leaders head, shattering his skull.

Yeah, I wasn't aware of the goblin ambushes in Adventurer mode until it happened while me and my guys were passing out for 8 hours.

I had to start a new character over shortly after the warning message appeared.

Got ambushed in a good forest yesterday... companions impaled on unicorn horns everywhere \o/

Fended them with ease , still I was the only survivor , poor npc allies can't learn for nothing to disarm the enemy first T_T
