Has anyone noticed that even if you kill someone while there is no suspicion and the person you're killing hasn't alarmed anyone yet, that the place somehow STILL goes under alarm? And I don't mean you blow their head off with a shotgun. I mean you attack them with a knife or a sword or your bare hands- ANYTHING you would expect to cause little noise. Yet if you get your stealth level high enough you can walk into the CIA HQ and take an afternoon stroll naked.
Now allow me to try to understand the apparently impossible connection;
We can walk into a building full of men dress like Agent Smith that are carrying big scary guns that they know how to use, and remain unseen,
Yet at the same time, I can't even cover someone's mouth to keep them from screaming even if I'm dressed like Sam Fisher and in any other situation I can hold them as a human shield.

I'm sorry, but has ANYONE managed to kill someone without being noticed? I thought since we can sneak by people when the place is under alarm- AND that's another thing, we can slip by when the place is alerted- that we could at least manage to kill someone quietly. Either that's too Conservative an approach, or I'm doing something wrong. Which is it?

You obviously have to yell your motto each time you kill someone. It would be too conservative to kill in silence. You kill for a cause, and people should know that you're not a mad crazy shithead maniac cold conservative killer, but a fighter for the liberation!

Yeah, it would be nice to manage to make silent kills. However I think that the sound of combat if you don't one-strike kill the victim alarms the place.

More stealth mechanics would be nice.

That's what I'm saying, I don't get how we can one-hit kill someone while the place is unalarmed and still manage to alert the entire building.

Now if I shot someone, I could understand there being at the very least some suspicion. But as far as I know, slitting someone's throat doesn't make noise.

Yeah, traces are a real concern here.  Unless you drag the body with you (and even then), it's pretty clear a murder happened.  Kidnapping you can get away with 'silently' because you take the evidence with you.

Whispering your orders can be just as effective and people have taken someone hostage with a gun to the small of the back, without anyone noticeing, in RL before.

It isn't that it is conservative to stealth kill

It is that "Stealth" is the exact opposite of your goal.

It is. As an Elite Liberal, from my understanding of the law and Elite Liberal Society, you should advocate rehabilitation for all regardless of who they are or what they've done. Murder violates that; Stealth Murder^{violates that}. Granted, the LCS has "Crime" in its name for a reason, but, in that case, I fathom it too difficult for a mass of Liberals to ninjakill in a crowded building; SOMEONE will get overenthused and yell the slogan or sob about murdering someone or just... yeah, not make things work the way you want them to work, so the alarm gets raised.
