This is what I think a fluffy wambler looks like.

I imagine them as something like domo-kun, but what, mouthless, with a small nose, and less exaggerated proportions.

Needs more pudge, and to look somehow happier.

Other than that, seems spot on to me.

My guess? A furby lacking its mouth and has stubby arms and legs. That or something like the rabbit thing that people keep thinking has nipples for cheeks.

That... looks like a rabite. Also, thanks for the analysis based on the raws, I've been curious what the heck they are but never enough to bother looking myself  :P

The moment the lever was pulled, somebody's pet kitten stepped onto the bridge. I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.

I view them as white teddy bears with Teletubbie faces.

Murder Goblins?

Besides murdering stuff in general?

Or wounding.

Or anything combat-related.

How does one butcher them? :D (I don't think it's possible)

Just askin', my friend, who is not registered here, has a problem with them, and would like to know what to do with them.

Teach them the taste of blood, then release them back into the wild.  8)

The Wambler and Mr. Fluffykins :P

I like that, because it makes their fur look like fungus growing off, for example, a piece of bread, and that's somehow something like I imagine we're supposed to imagine fluffy wambler fluff to be. I imagine fluffy wamblers feel like felt to the touch (and might look like felt), but that's just me; canonically, I'd imagine wambler fluff would feel more like fine silk threads to the touch, cool and insubstantial.

I kind of imagine that if you'd crack open a wambler, it would resemble the interior of a lychee, and perhaps taste similar too.
