Because it's not from a Touhou game?
That's silly criteria.
Besides, it could be from anything.
Doesn't matter. As long as it isn't touhou.

Looks down the mountain side covered in snow
Looks at self, thin but warm winter gear and attached to a metal board

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

I just love flaunting my pop culture knowledge with an avatar whose origins are reflected in a completely non-ironic personal text.

Where's yer goddamned global warming when it comes to Ireland dammit!!!!!!!'
Urgh, not this again.
It's been redefined as "Climate change" to try and show people that it's not just getting hotter.
In England, things are just getting more extreme. Hotter summers, colder winters. Basically anywhere else's weather. So far.

But, I did hear tell that it may be stopping the golf stream.
If that's the case, then London's gunna look like Moscow.
Just a heads up. :D

Right now we're doing a complete tear-out of a house in Calgary.
Now, -25 Celcius may not seem very cold, but I spent eight hours today hauling buckets of insulation out into a garbage bin, completely blinded because the condensation on my glasses froze solid.
Winter can go die in a hole.

FZ, I am fairly certain you started writing "Winter can suck my dick" before you realized the icy implication.

Today there's just water everywhere. It's gonna freeze over night, though. Not funny in the morning.
