The huge size makes it usable only after being assembled on the spot, usually for defending or assaulting a fortification. You're not sure why the Arsenal dwarf is trying to unload it on you. He offers to throw in ten iron-headed ballista bolts for free, and even organise a second wagon to carry it all. Very suspicious.

Granite Block 5☼ Medium
A large, regular piece of masonry cut from a large, irregular boulder. It might grow up to be a bridge or castle some day. Chicken 60☼ Small
This bird looks at you cock-eyed. You're sure that you could bite its whole head off. There's only enough meat on a chicken for a couple of meals, but if you keep them alive you're getting a constant supply of eggs. They won't wander off, and will eat almost anything.
Purring Maggot 80☼ Small
It looks like a sock stuffed with cream cheese, and that's kind of what it is. Keeping it around for the 'milk' that it produces might be a good idea.

Iron Golem 550☼ (Sold!)
A humanoid taller than a dwarf and twice as metal. Normally they're exhorbitantly expensive, but a combination of royal discount and broken merchandise should make it somewhat affordable. It could carry a load, smash an enemy and perform other simple tasks, but it wouldn't take much to cease function completely. You could smelt it down, or make a statue garden?
Unicorn 550☼ (Sold!)
You don't know why there is a unicorn here. You've never even seen one before. The stablemaster looks uncomfortable and avoids your quetions. It's pretty cheap, but there is most likely a horrible, horrible secret behind it. Worst case scenario it's just a horse, right?
