This is a modded game but unless the code works vastly differently than I expect the mods wouldn't impact this.

I just discovered something odd.  I was digging into a magma pocket to set up some magma workshops, I left the last tile of it for engravers to put fortifications into so I might not have to deal with the creatures inside(I accidently dug out ONE way for them to get in while making my workshop rooms I didn't wanna make another)

I was watching the engraver put the fortification in and he did, and he skittered away at high speed...good.  But then I noticed none of the magma was coming through the fortification.  It's defiantly under the magma's surface...

   

The location is a beach, the magma pocket is 1 z below sea level, and the fortification is on the top layer of magma.  As you can see, the whole thing is 7/7.  The fortification is obsidian, built into a natural wall(ie. not constructed)

Thoughts?  I can supply a save if needed though it's modified so it would be my entire DF install.

I believe this was reported recently and the fix is in, but only for the "next version."

Oh sorry then.  I need to start checking more thoroughly before I post.  All I do is check the first three pages.  Maybe I shoud start using that shiny candy colored search button.
