Things are going well in Riverend, as Rift said. People are not as active as they once were but we are still in good shape.

It is not a good idea to post your HS like. PM it to people you trust instead. Also it is better to make it a somewhat strong password. We got a new village because he managed to guess someone's HS. Good thing he is awesome.

I have fishing and a bone in my inventory, but alas, I have no "craft bone hook" option.


Nor do I have the magical "Make my character stop acting like a retarded person on a sugar high" button either.

Merely having a item is not enough to get the recipe for using it. Rather you have to "discover" the item.
..a slightly unfortunate thing in some cases.
for bones, you have to butcher a rabbit or chicken, or failing that, collect bones on a animal corpse.

What's going on with this game? I heard of it for the first time yesterday and it sounded very cool, but I haven't been able to connect to the servers yet. Even the website is not loading. Any idea?

There's been a pretty bad crash apparently, lots of client issues and crap on the last 2-3 days. Nobody is able to log in correctly or without manually patching their custom client, and not without issues. I recommend you just wait it out.
