Nikov. As active as everyone else is, multiple hours at a time. As long as I'm not alone. Smith/Steelmaker/Jeweler. Very willing to assume higher duties around here, and I just might bring my wife as well.
I sincerely recommend all residents be granted a private claim. If nothing else, we can jump-start our economy with home construction. The fields are sitting idle as far as I can tell because nobody has ownership. We have huge stockpiles of goods that appear to suggest we're well off, but actually just demonstrate waste and inefficiency. We've run out of charcoal, for example, but we've high quality logs sitting around the palisade. If I had planted the tree I'd be charcoaling it myself at whatever loss of quality I'd cause, but as is, I'm presuming someone else knows how to do it better than I do and would complain if I ruined his hard work. So I'm sitting on my hands, and a pile of ore, which I'm STILL not sure I'm okay to have mined because every time I talk to anyone they say to wait until I'm +5 industry. Is anyone +5 industry? Is anyone else even mining? What difference does it make if I squander a 5% chance of some extra metal when resources are just locked up in the bedrock, in the logs, in the fields, never being harvested?
We need to seriously rethink our structure. I propose a Let's Play! thread which we 'punch in' and 'punch out' when we get online, what we're doing and what we need. I also propose some active recruiting on our part. Not having log cabins filled with woodcutting peasants studying cone cows for Yeomanry is, frankly, a waste of B12's community personel.
I mean we have a freaking axe named after us in this game. We should be moving and shaking, not wasting away!
