Subscription isn't that expensive, but I already have other subscriptions for other games... Can't really afford a new one. 10$ per month is pretty cheap for an online game and will probably keep a lot of griefing away.

It's not exactly an AAA game though, and you are still time limited if I read that right.

You can also buy a month of game time for 15$, which is enough for a year if you play like 2-3h a day.

"Your Play Time is always unlimited while you have any subscription active."

But you are right, it's not an AAA game. Anyway, 10$ for a good amateur game is not much. Making a game is not an easy task, and Haven & Hearth has its charm after all :)

Also might be a joke, people are posting interesting things happen when you try to buy.

Well they can ask what they want for it, I just think they are going to kill the game if they try to monetize it that way.

I sure hope it's some kind of joke, but that would be in poor taste imo.

I don't think it's a joke... Too well planned to be a joke imo.

transferring from f2p to p2p without any form of prior notification makes it heavily lean towards a joke though.

They risk a lot of people just dropping it off the bat doing that, though.

But what sane person would do this as a 'joke'? I'm sure there are a lot of players who are disappointed now and wont come back, even if it isn't p2p in the end. But oh well, I do have no money for any subscription, so no HnH for me.

You still get 48 hours of play time with a free account per month... which is way more than most peopel would want.

"Of course it's not a joke. Believe it or not, but not even we can survive on air indefinitely."

I don't know if they would keep up a joke if they outright deny it, plus yeah, they'd just lose a ton of people if they did that anyway.

Transferring a free to play game to pay to play without notification is just suicide.

It's fine if you announce it, but without announcing it just doesn't make sense if it's genuine.

So either it's a joke or they have become complete retards.

Either way will give some juicy forum shitstorm to follow.

48 hours to get you hooked, then 12 hours per month, which is about 30 minutes a day, assuming you play every day.

Assuming this is actually real.

Subscription is kinda steep, yeah, but the one month gametime package comes out to 2 cents an hour which I think is a fair price.
