TBH this is the best we could've hoped for since they had to monetize, I was afraid they'll make it P2W like Salem.

The best we could hope for? No, not even close. This system is terrible, I cannot think of a worse way to monetize your game aside from maybe making every item except a club cost real money to get crafting recipes for, and then more real money to craft an item every time you want to craft something.

so basically this game now consists of burning your free starter time to build some rickety shack and then being given a big "screw you" for a month so you can come back and use your 12 hours to roll around in self pity over having your stuff destroyed

what a way to combat botting
