PM Cheedows for the hearthsecret, then in the starting room where you pick gender and such, go to the guy in the upper left hand corner, tell him the hearthsecret (case sensitive), and go down the staircase. Don't go up the ladder.

Also Cheedows, I sent you a PM about that, so if you could get back to me on it that'd be great.  :P

PM me the location, I'll start moving some things. I'll get two boats from the old place too, I left them there.

Signed in very briefly, murderous sword guy. Whole lot of nope. Signed back out. Hiding in a dark room. Etc.

This is becoming an increasingly difficult game to get into, I've had the opportunity to play once, all other times some nutjob with a bigger stick than me is hanging around with bloodlust on the mind xD

Edit: The above avatar is a pretty decent approximation of my reaction.

You have two options, either to wait until someone else can get on to pick you up and take you to the new area, or follow my bizzare ass instructions. I'm PMing them to the both of you, but if you can't understand them feel free to wait/get better directions. MAKE SURE AXE GUY DOESN'T FOLLOW YOU. As far as I know he has no knowledge of our new site and if we keep it down long enough to get a palisade up we might have a chance! Unless he can punch a palisade down of course. Alternate option, everybody switches to full tradition so dying doesn't hurt as badly, and hopefully make some grudging progress forward. Alternate alternate option we start again in a new wilderness section.

Welp, while I was building a boat to leave, killymcstabmyface logged in about 6 inches from me, and immediately killed me without so much as a 'howdeedo' D: So, I imagine this will simplify the journey anyway and all I really lost was some basic skills and some rabbit meat.

Can I get a / the HS please, and thank you.

You'll need to PM Cheedows, he's posted earlier in the thread. He's off I think but should be able to get it by tomorrow. Don't forget to interact with the runestone when you make your new guy to get, however little, some of your skills back.

Well fuck me, now I'm in the mood for Haven again. I've really had some good times with this game... the first Bay12 village, and all of World 1. The fact that I suggested the location of it. Trying to fish a cliff, because it looked like a river. The first troll (he chopped our apple trees!) and my internet tough guy reaction to it (WE HAVE HUNTERS THAT CAN KILL MORDOR FOXES BRO, WATCH YOUR STEP). The landcarp, as we called those foxes. Then, my own little house in Mordor. I lived near Laketown too, once, and got flak for stealing from them.

World 2, and all the new and cool systems implemented into it. The Bay12 temporary outpost as far northeast as we could get without having to cross the river. My humble settlement with Shades... which I built on a river and the hearth secret of which I publically posted. Still survived quite a long time - I mapped the area, we built a stone mansion, there was a cave nearby, we even farmed some silk! Then it got raided, I moved to DJ and finally died by drowning because I accidentially jumped into the river from my boat. All of this was one character. Pretty lousy stats for how long he lived. :P Played some more after that, then stopped.

Some more stuff happened. I definitely was in the Bay12 settlement of World 5 or so and died while hunting.

...well, I think I'm up for carving a chunk of civilization out of the wilderness once more, with feeling... although I think I'll wait out the murderous axe guy situation, and I dunno how much time I'll invest in it.

Ah, yes the memories of this game. I think I was in World 3 or 4. Merrily minding my own business, farming and fishing by my riverside cottage when suddenly a horde of russians appear in boats along the river.

This looks interesting. I played some weeks a year ago and maybe it would be fun to play again a little. I guess I could have more fun with good neighbours nearby, although I won't be playing a lot. If it's ok for you guys, send me the HS password.

Oh yeah, axe guy has a group now.  I would highly advise you not to spawn at the old location.  If you haven't got much, just respawn.  We already lost a bunch of members doing a rescue operation :P
