Oh, don't worry about that son, I've been playing since w3!

The max I have seen on anyone is 500. And that was a guy who was forcefed high end curios until he popped. No joke. I SERIOUSLY doubt that.

You haven't seen shit, have you?

Hoppin on now, username is Mobliz.

EDIT: Just hopped off, got all my basic skills lumberjacking, foraging, and hunting, grabbed a rabbit, got all other random tree items around the area logged etc. I also managed to find a few things in unclaimed crates, and while nothing super good, it did basically get me set for beginning equipment.

EDIT2: Oh, I did forget to use my first slider point but oh well.

Yeah, the crashing problem has been too much lately, I'll buy a can of compressed air or something and clean the computer, but until then - Saturday or Sunday - I'm out of buisness.

He has only one thing higher than 500, and thats strength. FEP's are not hard to raise. I was talking about actual skills, like Unarmed, etc.

A guy in my village had 1000 UA, and that was like a year ago. There's people who had similar back then, but kept raising it all this time.

So the crashing thing is common ? Because the other night when I was getting the basics down everything cut to black and I had to restart the computer \: And it's a pretty sturdy custom built machine, so that it managed to do it at all was what surprised me.

I played this game once before, but got bored pretty quickly as a hermit. I'd love to join in and play with you all some time, but I have no idea how to get started.

Also, I've got a certain problem with Ender client, and nobody on the official forums seems to be responding, so I'll just paste this here:

Quote
Something's wrong with my client - whenever I turn it on, it overheats my computer, after 5-10 minutes the monitor freezes, goes black, and then goes back to normal displaying a graphics error. It does kill Ender, though, and any web browsers on. My graphic card is AMD Radeon HD 4690. Pretty sure this is exclusive to Ender - I had this problem before, always when computer was under a lot of pressure and heat.
Any ideas?

I'd suggest getting a desk fan and aiming it directly into the open case of your computer. Mine tends to overheat easily on hot days, but my little cheapo piece of crap fan is more than enough to keep it cool.

The thing is, is that we never went beyond. We did our chores and that was it. I say we go beyond that, and expand into RAIDING. That's what will keep this interesting. Once we are well established, we attack, raid, etc. Because there is literally nothing to do end game other than fight others. We wont be assholes who kill noob chars, but we will fight our equals.

In my experience, a schedule of activity is usually a good idea. Just a once or twice a week event where everyone is strongly requested to be on for whatever reason; I don't know, raiding, farming, whatever. It gives people a reason to come on and be a part of the community, especially if they don't feel the need to jump on and grind every day.

If I can manage to keep a connection and not have any emergencies to distract me, I might be able to be a productive member of society today.

Never heard of this game before now, but you all got me intrigued.  Anybody willing to take in a noob?  I'm the kind of gamer who likes farming/cooking/boring stuff in these games, so you could possibly count on my lazy self for that.  Seriously, this is free AND looks pretty cool, and will give me something to do!  Just don't count on me fighting much, I'm a coward by nature.

For reference this is the stats of a fighter who started building up around January, so the people who have been building since the start of the world it could be a lot higher.  He's a dude I used to play with though, so I mean I can always ask for his help if we need hahha

News flash! I've officially gathered all the materials we need to get a palisade going. We just need to decide where we're going to put it- the main issue is if it's outside the claim it's easier to destroy (don't need to invest 100,000 LP for vandalism) and if it's too close, it could be bothersome to expand later.

You should have a central wall around farms, stockpiles, crafting shops and stuff like that.  Then later on extend the claim area with a village claim and wall in around that to allow for some housing sections.  Till then people should only be having 1 or two crates or whatever for personal use to save on space while it's a premium.
