As I just got Yeomanry and set my claim, some griefer went and killed me and two of my friends, when I was AFK.

Anyone living in a "safe" area and willing to have 3 allies?

There's only ever going to be one solution to the worlds becoming stagnant and largely deserted after a few months, it would be to make village and personal claims decay over time, honestly a long time but still, say a character is not active for 2 months, then the character should either be removed, or at least his controlling claims removed, that way you could atleast scavenge and annex some good spots once in awhile.

I fancy getting back into it, I know my way around the new LP system if any people-who-are-unsure want guidance on that, just to get them playing again too.

Won't play with like, 3 Bay12ers though. I fancy the return of Bottleneck's total population.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand, you want a large bay12er town?  Not gonna happen, we tried and it failed horribly.  I was living with Niltrias but he hasn't played in a month, however my current town has 3 pro-players (including me), 3 moderately experienced players, and I think 6 noobs atm.  So you can come live in one of our camps definitely, we are a tad divided atm though since I am living in the mining camp turned noob-training area and the others are living in the main town.
Actually i'm gonna be updating the main post to be centralized around my camp the second the servers get back, along with pics ect.

Hmm, the HS was set in the creation room.



I have no idea if this is a good location but spawning on the border of broad leaf and forest is a decent start.
