Adventure mode, where someone may bite an enemy's toe because it was slightly easier than cutting their throat.

Adventure mode, where using a Hexes to charm can lead to turning a bandit camp against it self or having 60+ companions turn on you for accidentally hitting a warthog.

Adventure mode, the only game (I know of) where you can bite someone in the nose, from behind, and it doesn't prevent them from shooting you lethally at point blank range with a longbow.
