It doesn't list any other IP4 addresses, so I'm assuming this is the proper one. Which specific address should I be looking for?

98.215.193.235 is the revised IP. I'm not sure why my computer tried to lie to me, but there it is. Thank you andrea for covering for my lack of tech savvy.

I can't log in. May be a problem on my end, internet is slow today. But are you sure your firewall won't stop you from hosting? firewalls are usually troublesome when hosting anything.

This would be a throwaway game just to muck around and make some decisions in lightning speed. I started it, but it is set to let you take over the AI, so you should be good.

Connection to the host keeps getting timed out. Even with window firewall turned off.

Any ideas?

Mayhaps my computer is shit? If someone else wants to try, then we can see what the problem is by comparing methods.
We can also try Internet games rather than direct connection. If you have an account, the password is tickle. I'm not sure why I didn't think of this sublimely easier method.
