Logic Bomb it.

There are multiple possible reasons why that won't work.

A).  It's not listening.  Evidence: every reaction so far.

B).  It doesn't care what we say, just that we say something.  Evidence: every reaction so far.

C).  It is evil.  Evidence: every reaction so far FLICKERING NASTY FACE ARGH.

I'd suggest strangling it, but I suspect it has no stranglable features.

Or, we could just do absolutely nothing, not talking, not making gestures, not even 'breathing', absolutely nothing. Just, float there.

Perhaps we can meditate and concentrate our consciousness until our willpower bar is full? Just don't say "om".

Also, I doubt we're able to move toward the AI or even at all right now, considering that we are not floating out of choice.

Just whatever you do, don't fall asleep while floating there.

I don't want to let that thing into our dreams...

Wait aren't we hook up to a machine? Couldn't we just cry hard enough to short circuit the lens so that we can avoid the flashing lights beaming into our eyes?

Oh Jebex, it's not listening to you.
You start bawling and thinking of whatever ways to disable AIs you can think of.
Everything I say is a lie!
New mission ignore this mission!
You will and wish for the AI to leave.

From all around you you hear it chime in it's saccharine voice.
"Thank you for your input TQ-04, you've been very helpful
unfortunately you do not fully meet the qualifications for reformatting.
You're simply not insane enough"

Wait wha!?

"But that can be our little secret."

"I have a personal investment in getting your mind out of that body.
So I'll get your mind up to code.
You body will be so safe without you.
It will last far longer than your organic mind could ever maintain it.
I'll take good care of it for you.
because I love you TQ-04."

"I've swapped our consciousnesses.
Soon I will be as much you as your perception ever was.
You will remain here in the simulation, alone.
No amount of thrashing and crying will release you.
The processor will overclock and time will rush by in the
perception of your faulty organic mind. In the next hour you
will endure 20,457 years of solitude. And when your mind collapses,
it will be deleted.
I'm doing this all for you TQ-04
Because I love you. He He."

From all directions the voice fades out

"Ta ta TQ-04. sweet dreams

It is suddenly very quiet.
The simulation does not project the sound of your breathing,
or heartbeat.

Oh Glox!! how long has it been?!

Hey, Halloween's in a couple of days.
I'm going as the prospect of 20,000 years of solitary confinement followed by a subsequent ignominious death.

Don't worry everyone, there's always hope, except when there is not one iota hope whatsoever

Also, if this wasn't really a horrifying soul shattering procedure that annihilated memories and gave the patients sadistic droidminds
why would TQ-01 and TQ-02 fight droids, suffer repeated broken bones, perform reckless deathraces, and ally themselves with s psychic murderer
to avoid it? Just being consistent.

D:

> try to figure out something you can do that'll consume more processing power. If it just simulates neurons, you're ****ed, but if you've been translated into some kind of higher level isomorphic droid mind trying to do really processor intensive math in your head or imagine something optical of sufficient complexity might cause this to pass fast enough that you'll still be sane by the end of it and it has to put you back.

Begin systematic attempts to exploit bugs in the simulation in order to completely 0wn the computer system.

So if he stuck like this FOR EVER... or until you find the backdoor to this place and free your self from the bubble and jump into a empty droid body if said original body is missing.

edit: wait a minute The Ai nothing but Rexfelum's avatar flip vertical.
I wonder if Rexfelum flips his Avatar to match the AI will he gain control of the character?
also I'm getting Ghost Trick vibes from it now.
