"She immediately blow you off." you take -5 in emotional damage. Go pick up that computer part in the right corner and strip it down to it's key components and build a bio-mechanical shoulder joint.
Once attached to your missing arm wrap it up hiding it from your guard. You might need to find the tech bay to get that arm seeing how these captives don't judge you willing to join the two handed world.

This, just to see if we can.

But take caution, it could be a wireless router or something of that nature. You might sever her connection to the Internets and her precious Griddlers if you try to take it apart.

And I didn't realize Griddlers was a real thing.

Have a savant-like ability to see what should go where.

It's what makes you such a good engineer. It also makes Griddlers pointlessly obvious to you.

"Oh. It's a gorlax. How cute!"

So brave in the face of impending doom.
So nonchalant against that jerkface Delta Blu.
So obvious that the solution is yogurt.
Could RX-411 be your soulmate?
You ask her to be yours.

You are nonchalantly rejected.

She knocks you on your posterior.

On the floor you spot something in the corner of the room.
Whatever could it be?

Looks like it's RAM,
and kind of outdated at that...

Naturally this would be a fine component for a new and improved arm.
You jam it in your shoulder socket.
You'll probably need something more substantial to actually
do anything with it though.

Hospitals are filled with complicated machines that go "beep", finding more parts won't be a problem. I'm sure the patients and doctors wouldn't mind if you sneaked out with a few odds and ends from some of the life support machines or a few defibrillators.

Examine hospital beds; if they are the adjustable kind, they should have some servos or something you can use.

Look at all this medical technology.
You're sure you could collect enough spare junk to make a new arm.

You spend an indeterminite amount of time collecting materials.

You begin construction of your new right arm.
But before long, RX-411 shows up asking what you're doing with all that rubbish.

Uh, nothing.
