Begin with Tower One. After which, spread to Tower Three.

Armed with your symbols and enthusiasm you are left with one final decision.
Do you set out first to tower 3 where the largest concentration of benefited mutants are? or do you begin recruiting here in tower 1 to acquire a sufficient movement to recruit the mutants of tower 3?
Or are there other things you forgot.

Alright, location review for those who've forgotten (like me and the author):

Of course your door opens, you just don't have anywhere to go.
You suppose it's kind of nice that it's near the tower 2 centrifuge balcony exit.
It's kind of nice to watch the sunset from the 21st story.

We're in tower 2.  Also, for reference, this image establishes that tower 2 is the middle one in the above:

I say recruit in tower 2 to start.  We don't know if these particular Sectoids get tired easily, so it would be a shame to tire them with lots of walking right after getting them to sign up.  With that in mind, set an established break time for later, to keep grumbling to a minimum.  Perhaps we're near the end of the MCP.  But before we start, check our droid pal for any useful input (or hints of rebellion).

By the way, I'm working on a quick link scene guide to the whole thread.  I'm up to the first recap.  Shall I post my incomplete work, or wait until I'm done?

TQ-8675309 is just half a sectoid. It has some balancing issues and trouble keeping his food inside, but he can fit into small spaces :)

Tower 3!

Okay, I finished my guide.  I started this because I was fed up with guessing how far back to go to find each character's scenes.  In this case, I wanted to see the tower setup all the way back at TQ-03's introduction.  Lo and behold, tower 2.

But while nitpicking the author to the point of insanity, I made a quick-link scene guide with page numbers and faux titles.  Yes, I'm crazy, so I did a page count.  When I link to a post, I cite the number of the panel at the scene change.  Note that this page number differs from the count on the Zerblex-14 website.  It also differs from the file names: the author switched to Photoshop upon the "100th image," but I counted it as "113" of the total.

Were you expecting helpfulness?

You inform your comrades that you will begin your drive on tower 2 and continue until the end of the MCP in eight hours, giving you ample montage time should you so choose.

Your clockwise rally for freedom begins with your next door neighbor RT-9761234
Surely she will be an easy milestone in your movement to win the hearts and minds of the
mutant populace.

She answers the door quickly, her beady little eyes darting about.
How her coworkers must have shunned her.
You must quickly convince her to join you and your group.

I'll probably post more today depending on response in the interim.

Huge number of words
--Rexfelum
Yeah, I might link to this in the OP unless you have no problem with me quoting it.

The whole hundred image thing was a result of me giving some animated gifs unnumbered names and my hilarious way of recycling images like nobody's business. remember the all purpose panel I tried to add to almost every update, that and the templates I used contributed a lot to that.

As far as nitpicking goes, I'm surprised you never caught me retconning Gabronia to Mezizz, I think I've got all of them now, but it probably still says the wrong thing in some of that unreadable language that I use everywhere.  Oh and it was totally Zerblax-12 until I'd realized I'd been using Zerblex-14 for around 3 pages and didn't want to go back.

In short, I'm a hack and we can look forward to hundreds of more inconsistencies in the future because storywise we're still on chapter 2.

Hand her a pamphlet, let Green talk to her. Because green is the most restful color to the eye and encourages unwinding but has enough warmth to promote comfort. And then onto the next apartment, Green can catch up with us, we have little time to waste.

Ask her if she wants to join your club, because you really want her to be in. If she was always shunned, she'll die just to belong to any group.

You introduce RT-9761234 to your good friend
TS-419 who's green complexion should calm her down or something.

With TS-419 and RT-9761234 occupied you are free to progress further clockwise
in the drive. Your next stop is the room of MS-40001.

MS-40001 has a hair mutation like yourself but it covers the entirety of his body.
How will you recruit him to your ranks?

No, with Jenny (who could be a man for all we know). Wrinkles needs to work on being less ugly before we let him talk to anyone.
