Move that crate so as to access the control panel.

Do not, under any circumstances, discover that this is one of those annoying crate-moving puzzle games where you can only push crates and not pull on them, since this would cause problems with the crate being fully pushed against the control panel.

Alternately, hit room reset button, do it better next time.

Alternately alternately, use the recent "leverage" boost to rotate that last crate outward away from the wall.  Who needs straight lines?

Just wedge your hands in the gap between the crate and the wall and push it back out like anyone might do when moving something large and box-like in real life.

Near the door you spy a hitherto unseen motion detector.
It activates the still uncomfortably dim illumination enabling you to see normally.
That heat vision was getting on your nerves anyway.

On the other side of the door you locate a control panel of some sort.
It appears as though you have pushed the last crate in front of it.

Moving the crate seems to pose some sort of difficulty.
In your orderly enthusiasm you had pushed the crate nearly flush with both the wall
and the box adjacent to it.
Your fat, stubby fingers are unable to fit in the margin between the box and wall anyway.
You will have to find some other way of moving the box.

Phew, just spent an hour and a half reading through the entire thing. Definitely gonna be following this!  :D
It brings me some degree of happiness to know people are willing to read through 88 pages of bigheaded aliens blowing things up. I wish the plot was coherent enough to divide it into reasonable chunks like Retro Did with AG.

Tug at it from the side then, until you have shifted it enough to your fingers in the gap so that you can slide it back a little. Or clamber on top of the crate, then brace your back against the wall and use your feet to move it.

This. Failing that, try forcing the door open.

Blow it up.
You do know Robocorn said he wasn't going to allow us to get past this simply by blowing up the boxes, right?

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

See if there's a crowbar stashed in a corner somewhere. If so, strike a dramatic pose with it; you always wanted to be like <insert Sectoid equivalent of Gordon Freeman here>. Then use it to lever the crate away from the wall.

Or smash it open and take the inevitable health pack. Whichever.

like this:

Spoiler: An image (click to show/hide)

Yes, that's what I was thinking with the "rotate the box" option.  There are other possibilities, depending on just how strong TQ-02 is now:

Spoiler: The original map (click to show/hide)

Note the slim areas of empty space near the top left; one in the very top row, one below it.  Try these conditional statements:

Can TQ-02 climb on the first layer of crates?  And is TQ-02's droid strength enough to move two crates at once?  If so, climb up in the top left corner and push all second-story crates out of the way.  ("Out of the way" is probably towards the bottom of the room.)  Check the newly-revealed empty spaces for useful access to these last stubborn crates.

If TQ-02 can't climb, but his droid strength is enough to move a whopping four crates (edit: or five!), push second-from-top row to the left, then check for useful empty space in the top row.  If there is no useful space, push top row to the left, which will uncover a partial box width of wall space at the control panel.

If that's not enough room to do anything . . . this room is toast.  Gridlock.
