We just converted her shell into armour, and maybe the rest of her into a laser. I'd say she'll be okay or already dead.

Take Leeanne's remaining parts and the cans to make a helmet for the suit that holds Leeanne's consciousness. It's at least what you should do for converting a plain suit of armor out of her.

also her speaker box were cut off during the process meaning.

"She had no voice while TQ-02 gutted her to make a suit out of her skin."

Still go with the building a  helmet for the suit for it his head makes it a huge blind spot.

Dang we might need a friendly robot when we end up with another robot rebellion shoot if what that mutant Sectoid did is the common norm TQ-01 and TQ-02 might want to be the only proof that Sectoids and Droids can live in harmony.

You focus your Hexat organ
You now perceive infrared light.
You don't generally use this ability
because Zerblex-14 was generally well lit.



TQ-01 says you need to find an elevator or some other way to get up
to the higher levels. He also recommends keeping a low profile

What do you do?

Great, I gave away that Sectoids can see in infrared.
This will surely affect the outcome of the game so much.

Is there any evidence that she actually functions as a gun?  And if so, does "pink blaster fire" do anything other than propel muffins?

Anyway, central traffic areas are generally either well-lit or have lit signs to draw attention.  There is no evidence that this ship is damaged, so lighting should still be in effect.  Low traffic areas, like service routes, are less well-lit.  And secrecy is good.  Seek a high-tech dumbwaiter in the grim darkness of the cargo bay.
