I guess the sign alpha is on is some sort of scanner that reads who can go in or out of the space port.
She covering up the lens causes it to scan half of TQ-01 making the door open that way.
You need to knock her down so the door will properly scan you. Looks like she got hit pretty hard from the looks of it.
TQ-01 knock alpha off the sign/scanner then realize you kinda crush her rib cage and spine with that hit.strip her armor off there still some chances of there being some juice in that and board the ship.
