I've hesitated to reply, mainly because of this bit:

Metamorphosis
A sharp pain runs up your spine.
Could be hazardous.

Oh, joy.  Transformation is actually happening.  But it's vague, so what do I say?

Then suddenly I recall the phrase "The dreamer awakens as a beautiful butterfly!"  And I realize how many recent suggestions can fit with it.  It is logical.  It is terrifying.

This is all I could think of when I read this:

Congratulations, you have given Robocorn ideas.

No more energy.
Fatigue overwhelms your form.
You give in to pain.

The titan screeches
Some alien melody.
Invigoration.

A transformation!
The song imbues you with strength.
Soon, you spread your wings.

Insufficent span.
Sure Ain't Aerodynamic
Stupid titan song.

Survey your domain.
Brief Moment of clarity.
As your wings falter.

I could have sworn Mothra was powered by songs or something. Even if it doesn't work as a reference it seems thematic enough.
It's times like this that I wish I were a better composer. That was one of the things I really admired about adventure guy.
The way the music really added to the setting and didn't actively assault your ears.
Instead I just made an oblique reference.
If you find any errors it's probably because I haven't had a lot of sleep.

Rise up! Rise up!
On wings like Eagles!
You can't run, you can't run till you're weary, but you can fly!

Alternatively:
Titan, begin to sing this
Both parts.

What did you use to make that horrible ear assualt?

Flap your melodic flight limbs!

Reminds me of angels with harps...

You may not be able to fly, but you can sort of swim! Paddle your way through the city in an attempt to escape the firebombing zeppelins!

Insufficient lift
You ram through edifices
Fear and salty pain.

You turn to your side.
Rolling with no chance of flight
what's an angel.

Something impedes you
so grossly incandescent
a familiar voice

"Have you been getting into trouble TQ-666?
It's dangerous to be rolling around on the infrastructure,
You could be lacerated or burned. You should be more careful.
If not for the explosions I might not have been able to find you."

"I see you've erected some sort of barrier, any insight on activating
the first Sigil gate?"

You have no idea
You've been trying not to die
do the voices know?

Took a bit longer than I'd have liked to get back into this.
Didn't seem like anyone was clamoring for it to be back so there wasn't really a rush.
I'll probably do better now that I'm becoming more accustomed to my new schedule.

What did you use to make that horrible ear assualt?
Inudge and inferior recording techniques

Anyway, it's kinda hard to make up good suggestions for a guy with no arms or legs... And whose plans that are possible always fail...

Endless confusion
What are you supposed to do?
You ain't been told shit.

"I take that as a no."

"In timelessness I am bound by the laws of the paradox so I am loath
to tell you too much of the mechanics by which you travel to Shabalash.
Most meta sensitive entities of aeons past had used their planescions to
their advantage and built a world where the Sigil was easily obtainable.
Your mind seems to have constructed a world where you are sealed away
and disregarded by a huge population that sees you as either a tool to be
used or a nuisance to be ignored. While it's surely apropos of..."

You aren't helping
Tell me what I need to do
So I can do it.

"Excuse me."

"Well, to be curt, you have to draw a symbol.
A very specific symbol that changes between each
meta sensitive so i wouldn't be able to tell you.
Failure to do so generally results in death
and the collapse of the Surrealm when you are overcome by your foes."

What foes do you have
Sorrow, fear, shame, low self worth.
Do you still have time?

"usually it's  literal foes"

"It's not necessarily relevant, if after 200 million equivalent years
you've still gone without activation it's unlikely to happen abruptly.
No foes can threaten you here, none even know of your existence
the only soul to lay eyes upon you in a dream is the litheu and it
prays to never see you again."

"None can oppose what they don't know."

That is a relief.
You have hardened your resolve
about that sigil...

It will never be drawn, Sectoid TQ-666 of Roptullis-2, West Zogof prefecture, Southwestern City 6167, Mutant containment building 4, holding cell 20457.

"!!!"

spear through you torso
Innards spilling everywhere
Need...to think...quickly

I'm actually working on a flash to round off this plot thread. This was going to come before it but it probably won't be done this week.
Enjoy this completely contrived cliffhanger. If you suggest stuff it might make it into the flash.

I think I've learned why freeform puzzle games always putter out.
From now on there will be objectives, no more pointlessness
pointlessness has overstayed it's welcome.

>Defy this traitor and use your limited powers to shape your blood and tears to from a glowing sigil, namely a single teardrop with a small square representing a salt crystal in the center.

((I think a certain amount of pointlessness keeps the game fun, but yes after a while you do need an objective to keep it going))
