The thing that bothers me, though, is the high amount of fire and the low amount of visual cues that there's poison involved.  (Because, of course, poison gas is identifiable on sight.)  If TP-Whatserface has, in fact, been detonated, then cleaning machines must be highly explosive.

Here's some more, the explosion is the toxic gas, it simply pressurized its self, so when the container was opened, probobly by being shot, the fumes were ignited and caused an explosion.
