Zrallin fate was short and brutal-having, in his eyes, failed to keep the fort intact merely consigned himself to the hopeless defense of Broadleaf Keep.

He killed nearly a thousand men before they brought him down.

Selande (3)

Selande eventually obtained her own brand of justice to the corrupt mayor. Indeed, none of those who even knew him off hand would live long. Her justice was in discriminate.

Convinced her dream was a false one,  Selande fell into despair, selling her killing services to the highest bidder. She never lost a single mark, much to her pride. Her blades dispatched the hopes and terrors of millions, depending on who had hired her.

Her final job was one for the Dwarves-killing an influential earth Magician who was leading the Deep Elves into a resurgent future. As was her nature, she asked no questions, and cared not even to kill her own kind. When the blade struck home, she realized it was Dhaeke-the one who  the dream had been meant for.

Selande began to laugh.

Disead, unlike his brethren, never abandoned the fortress. Preferring a life in seclusion, he merely fortified the gates and became the lord of a forgotten place. Eventually, the Dwarves moved in, and he began selling fruit and broken crockery from a humble stall. He would be doing this for a LONG time.

Hey, at least Dhaekh lived over a thousand years. And helped birth a civilization.

Besides, Dhaekh's future was awesome!

Also, I'm actually considering starting a forum RP based on Dhaekh's (possible) future, only I might change the civilization he's responsible for creating to a more multi-racial one.

@Raborman: Well, I assumed you felt bad for all the damage you did and would of tried to make amends, and that you would not abandon blood magic. I did pretty much guess here-your character background gives little to work with. eheheheh


@Ochita: Your character never had the chance to fufill his main goal, that is getting over the death of his wife. The destruction of the fort means no one had a completely happy ending, some worse than others...the dice rolls were just determining how much you did before said tragic end occured. I felt like making yours extra tragic. :3

Also-dude, you got crushed by GLACIERS. Technically, you outlived everyone.

Hey, guys. I PMed Weirdsound, and he said yesterday (By my time) that he might post an update tomorrow. So look for one today. And he's given me a go-ahead for a non-canon sequel set in the Dhaekian Civilzation (Vain, I know, but, meh.)

For time had rewoven itself-all that would have come to pass is not for certain...the future is unknown, as it should be.
