So, British pony. I wonder if they will use the fact that he's from somewhere else (Trottingham, apparently) to elaborate some more about Equestria at large, if they did, it'd be sweet. Also, Pinkie Pie is Pinkie Pie, "time is candy!" indeed.

Maybe he's dressing up as some particularly famous dragon? Like humans might dress up as celebrities or historical characters.

None the less, I expect it to be a gag in the show.

Spike: 'Well of course! I'm Trogdor, the Burninator. The beefy arm was kind of hard to get to look right so I skipped it. I think I nailed the consummate v's, though.'
