I theoretically could add plugs, but I lack the actual "hair" with which I could do it.

I laughed the first time I saw that.

That was absolutely priceless!

Also, I have passed the turning point. I now have more ponymixes, character songs and Touhou remixes in my music library (combined, at 150 songs) than I do from any band. (The closest are: the Dead Kennedys, at 85 songs and The Clash, at 82 songs.)

So yeah, almost every album (missing two or three) from my two favorite bands barely tops that by 17 songs, and that 150 is more than any other 3 groups combined. Keep in mind that none of those remixes, etc. are duplicates or close cousins. Not much space left on my ipod either, time to upgrade, I guess.

Awww, but that would ruin the implications!

Okay, its about the My Little Fortress mod and how the ponies use their mouths for grasping.

That was about what I figured, but I had that niggling little doubt about the implications being anything but, given what a small portion of the fanbase is like.  :P

Fakeedit: Actually, I've been fiddling around with designs for weapons and tools in my head for when they come up in my fanfic, because I'd rather avoid just handwaving it. I'm thinking something like a half-circle paddle shaped to fit a pony's jaw would be the most logical standin for sword and axe hilts, as well as handles for straight-line tools, etc. Forget hammers, all anypony needs to drive nails is a solid iron plate strapped to their hoof and a good, solid buck.

Crossbowsand flamethrowers (yeah, you read that right)OTOH will probably have a grip perpendicular to the mainline of the weapon, with a squeeze-lever so that the entire thing is hooves-free firing. I've also got an idea for strapon swords for pegasi legs.

You've forgotten about the wings, which are probably far stronger than pegasoi legs. Add an edge to them and they could easily be used for air-jousting.

I've been thinking about this as well ever since I read Fallout: Equestria with all its pony-operated guns. I've especially thought about how the hell Spitfire's Thunder (a in-flight, enchanted, pegasus-operated anti-power-armour sniper rifle) works. It must be mounted along the whole length of the body, along the side, to not block the wings with a handle/trigger for the mouth and a scope above it, somehow. Recoil is not a problem, since it's specifically stated that it's enchanted somehow to eliminate it, to enable in-flight use.

We also have Little Macintosh, a revolver with a scope, which must have the scope mounted above the handle, with the barrel to the left or right of it, probably a bit off, since you wouldn't really want a revolver going off very close to your eyes. Of course, in the story it's mostly operated via unicorn levitation, but it was made for Applejack, so it must be possible for an earth pony to use it.

So, my first...masterpiece... Is out of the way.

Now for my second.

As you may know, there were originally 20 Primarchs, before Chaos sent them throughout the galaxy. All twenty were found, but two were expunged from all records....purged.

Several typical marks of a mutant corrupted by Chaos are hooves, horns, and fur. Other, less common marks are wings. All of the Primarchs rise to power and prominence in the worls they landed upon.

Now the story of the Eleventh and Second Primarchs can be told.

The First Mutant.

Catchy title, don't you think?

Basic summary is as follows: the eleventh and second primarchs are Celestia and Luna. Story starts in mens rea, with the Emperor looking down onto Equestria, where two of the lost Primarchs are located. The Emperor watches the scanners, and gets angry when the scanners don't detect any human life forms.

We then flash back to the start, with the capture of the Primarchs by Chaos. Emperor bursts in after in a fury, yelling at his scientists that the Primarchs must be found. Almost does a Darth Vader on one of them.

Flash back to action, and Emperor prepares to lead boarding party down there. Reflects on other locations of the Primarchs. Last scene from his perspective.

Switch to Princess Celestia, two days earlier. Summer sun celebration, first after defeat of Discord. She reflects on her history, and especially her mysterious origin. Memories turn to Discord, The First Mutant. Flash back to the days of Discord being deposed. Mentions purity somewhere.

She is brought back to the present by Luna bursting in. Apparently, some vast magic has been detected (heralding the arrival of the Imperial ships). She composes a letter to Twilight Sparkle, to see if her friends have noticed anything strange.

She gets a response, basically saying not much. This Is A Lie. Celestia goes to summer sun celebration, yada yada yada. Brief snippets of life before arrival of Imperial ships. Celestia summons elements of harmony and Luna, to prepare for anything threatening to harm Equestrian way of life.

Emperor is at this stage far from the human reaches, and doesn't want to conquer anything, just wants the Primarchs.

Swap to Twilight, and some strange things are happening. Need Ideas. Possibly Discord Level, But Not Definitely. She gets the letter from Princess Celestia, but worries about what her mentor will think when she hears Twilight can't deal with the problems on her own. Little does she know that They Are Caused By Imminent Arrival Of Imperial Ships. She tries desperately to fix them,  but to no avail, and she is summoned to Celestia too quickly to fix them.

Should I Do Luna As Well? Or Is It Getting Boring At This Point?

Anyway, the main cast up to speed on events, Twilight and others stand before Emperor, don't have idea for what happens now.
