The mane 6 in that picture are referencing disney characters. Pinkie's face is micky mouse's, for example. Rarity and Twilight's buck teeth are probably referencing Goofy.

Dunno about rainbow dash, though the face + pipe looks familiar. Donald maybe?

Predictable.

At least Discord is, by the looks of it, willing to give her a second chance. He's a powerful player, but he seems very lax about the threat against him. He's looking less like a villain and more like a magnificent prankster bastard who's just having fun before the inevitable.
