   It would probably fall under a subsection for furry actually. While in and of itself it does not scream furry the character is based off of an animal and still has a trait of said animal (the horn) so falls quite close to things like catgirls where the girl just happens to have cat ears and maybe a tail.

Like human human, or just human shaped but still a horse. Because those are both things.
