Considering that Pinkie Pie memetically eats so much sugar she tastes like cotton candy, probably her. She's probably also the only pony insane enough to cut off or out a nonvital bit of her anatomy and make a cupcake out of it.

Applejack and Rainbow Dash would likely need to be heavily tenderized or boiled, since they work so hard their muscle would be fairly gristly. Twilight, on the other hand, would already have tender flesh since she doesn't do much physical activity beyond walking and the occasional run.

Fluttershy would depend on how late in the series we got. Near the beginning, she'd be best stewed like a rabbit since it's unlikely she'd have much flesh on her. However, with the introduction of her friends she'd become a bit more physically active, meaning she'd probably be more like Twilight, with a decent amount of tender flesh.

Rarity... I'm not sure about. Maybe marshmallow.  :P But (only slightly more) seriously, she'd probably be very lean, good for someone watching their weight.

Oh hey, two days until the next episode, right? It is this sat-...wait, it isn't is it? It's the 15th. Damn it, I hate how my tired brain gets my hopes up for nothing. I should check out some more fanfics...or I guess I could do this homework I have right here.

Oh it's not that bad, as long as you avoid the more scarring pictures. Or perhaps if you enjoy those kinds of pictures... not that I do.

Well, maybe some of them. Some of them are just creepy though.
