How would he get in, though? its either at aircraft level or far enough away from shore to not get stuck on it.

I'm considering having Karkat's troll allies join in, but I'm not certain.
If they do, Aradia and Sollux's telekinesis would be toned down to pre-Sgrub levels, and god-tiers are right out.

This is why I asked what it was like on the inside; Karkat Vantas VS Giga Fortress' internal security systems is a lot more reasonable, since he doesn't have an army to back him up.

I doubt that the inside of a giga-fortress has any security systems. By the same token, i doubt it has any halls that you can walk along either.

It has formalites, but no guarentee theres anything actually in them.

Lets say, for the sake of this battle, that the innards of the Fortress are filled with armed troops, and that Karkat wins by disabling it from the inside.

Battle conditions:
Giga-Fortress is in water mode.
Karkat has entered Giga-Fortress via aquatic-troll-assisted shenanigans.
Giga Fortress is filled with infantry and automated defences.
Karkat has his Regisickle and a hands-free communications device.
Karkat's goal is to disable Giga-fortress either through sheer damage or having Sollux talk him through hacking it.
Giga-Fortress' goal is to be not destroyed.
Giga-Fortress may switch to air mode, changing the layout of its internal structure.

Feel free to suggest changes.

Theoretically, if Giga-Fortress is tough enough to survive a crash it could attempt to kill Karkat by colliding with something.

I doubt that sollux helping him would make any difference when hacking. His trusty sickle is all he needs. *bad joke*

The other really relevant question is if Karkat's sickle would be causing damage fast enough to outpace gigafort's autorepair system.
