Meh, a golden axe would about as usefull as a regular axe actually, sure it would would wear faster, but that wouldn't matter over a single fight. And more importantly, since it was made by a little kid gold>everything, therefore gold axe>regular axe. As long as axe cop has his crazy powers, it would still hold true.
And seriously, he can do things like set himself on fire and breath fire at his enemies, this isn't even a contest if he is against someone regular (bad ass, but still a normal human).

That link says that either ghost or quide has it, so i don't think he could use it if he only had a 50% of having it.

Seriously, we allowed whole armies to fight in this. Calling one person overpowered is a bit silly. Also, ghost would get crushed by like 90% of the people in this competition since he is just a regular human who can sneak good.

Not really. Squirrel girl is just powerful because... Actually i have no clue why she is powerful, maybe its because she is a joke character. Axe cop on the other hand is powerful because he laughs in the face of the laws or reality and common sense.

Time for the next round (haven't seen much argument for ghost, so i think axe cop would win this battle).

He has a pet t-rex with machine gun hands and can breathe fire and can turn into a dragon with rocket wings, I'd say you're right about that.

Axe Cop was looking for bad guys in the Cop Newspaper when Ghost popped up and shot his bullet gun at him.
Axe Cop was not surprised, because he fights ghosts all the time. Ghost's bullets hit Axe Cop and hurt him, but Axe Cop drank his blood to turn into Double Axe Cop.
Double Axe Cop chopped Ghost's head off with his axes.
And then he had a concert in his office to celebrate.
Axe Cop wins!

Next fight: Artyom vs Yar!
The battlefield is a ruined town, filled with rubble and junk.
Both characters start with knives and pistols, but may scavenge up/build more powerful weaponry.
Feel free to suggest any changes/additions.

I mean seriously, Artyom is a pacifistic young man, and Yar is an aging S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Sniper that is getting way to old for this shit. They'd both sit together, tell a few stories, and Yar would talk about his friends back in the Zone, Artyom would then be compelled to help him.
