For the helicopter, wouldn't the worm just go deeper?

Scar would have to keep its attention, somehow.

Scar would have to keep its attention, somehow.

He'll bring more people with him, and periodically shove one out of the helicopter.

Or: Bring 1 Bandit and a Shitload of Dutyers, rain RPG death from above. Obviously the Bandit would be added to the Sandworms Dead Bandit Storage.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Juvenile worms as still massive. If the helicopter was in machine gun range, the worm could reach up and eat it.

When I say juvenile, I mean about 10-20 meters from Side A to Side B.
If that seems unreasonable, I shall change it.

That's easily wide enough to swallow a little helicopter. The Sandworm is armored enough to resist the blades, so it's just a crunchy snack.

How long, though? the diameter seems ok for a juvenile.
Also, thoughh this isn't helping it, it is less armored inside than out.

Well, Scar shooting rockets from the helicopter into the sandworm as it comes up isn't that far away of a possibility...
After all, Hinds have a lot of rockets, and Scar, if someone else is piloting, would at least stun it with an RPG shot.

Rockets? Unless they were nuclear, the worm is going to be fine.

No idea. I know the inside is less armored because exposing it is how Freman ride one, and that a Harkonnen blew one up with a ridiculous amount of explosive in the prequel House Atreides book, only for it to melt away and leave him without a trophy.

Nothing says "fuck you" more than explosives detonated in your stomach.
