Cavern Randomly Collapsing On It's Own
« on: January 06, 2011, 07:38:28 am »

It had reached a point where almost no natural floor remained. Only hint I think I have is from creatures caught near the collapse.

"Caught in a magma mist" it was something like that, is that abnormal or is it the new collapse mist message?

"Caught in a magma mist" seems to happen with any collapse.  The game seems to want to describe powdered materials as their liquid state, and magma is the liquid state of rock.  It doesn't mean any magma was actually involved.
