Oh, oops. Just noticed I wrote opium. I really meant morphine.
OK then. Uh... (just kidding. You've got a "MedKit" with that stuff in it too.)
Sid prowls the Strip, his bike to various back-alley gambling lodges. He visits the various men who are known to keep their ear to the ground and asks them about any fugitives that have popped up in the underground scene, If he does get any information on that he heads out to the local Black-Market "Vendor" Asks him about any peculiar purchases or fences.
After playing a bit (
) you go to a few contacts, but they haven't heard much about him. The only thing they know is he came to the Strip once a few days ago and got some drugs in the biz. All three that you mention (the suspects) have been noted by some of their contacts and all they know is that all of them are on the move. One to San Francisco, one to Dallas, and another one was last seen riding a low motorbike out of Vegas 3 hours before you came. They promised to keep an eye out for you and call you if they got more info.
When you get to Hawkers' shop (black market) you are immediately confronted by a small man who seems a bit 'higher' than he should be. He tells you to "get ur arse outa here or i'm callin the cops!"
After explaining that you were here for business he leads you into a (literally!) underground garage.
You probe him for info but he doesn't bite the hook. You bluntly ask whether he has sold anything to any of the suspects.
The guy who left several hours before you came bought that very same bike from him. It is loaded with metal plate and has a machine gun or two (he can't remember) fixed into the body of it, disguised as decorative stripes.
Notify my secretary to have my hummer shipped down on an overnight truck, loaded with all my gear. Put a trace out on the two missing cars, and send out a blast to the other known agents to keep an eye out for said cars.
Hummer in transit with gear.
(Other agents... NPC or human or both? I'll go with both)
You send out a trace, though not all numbers of one of the cars are known. You also inform agents on the case and not about the two cars.
((Question regarding reward. For purposes of RP, will there be a difference in reward, depending on if you catch the fugitive, or if anyone else catches them?))
If a group captures him, get a big reward (surprise) split up/for all of them. If a group kills him, they get the same reward but no bonuses.
If a guy captures him, he gets a big thing with bonus. Kill - no bonus.
Everyone gets a prize. I just haven't decided yet XD
