You are here to find Entity X and track his progress. He's escaped from the AX-52 base near Death Valley with a very important device. It's important but you have no clue what it does or is used for.
And what he's planning to use it for.
Last seen by the surviving perimeter guards, he had a light rail RPG. made in his cell from the surrounding things flowing in. He can make things out of almost nothing.
You are gathered here to join the search. It's not just a search, it's a hunt. Neutralizing him is more important than the information he knows now, and you are among the best for the job. We will supply you with needed supplies. All expenses are paid. You will be given regulation gear that I will explain in just a moment.

So, you've been selected to hunt down a mastermind fugitive called Entity X. You are to gather information about his whereabouts and work out a plan with the others. You need to catch him, ASAP.
This will take place on the current world map along with some tweaks of mine (mostly secret bases and the like). Tech is also a bit higher that today's.
You start out with standard equipment, a main weapon (secondary and ternary are supplied), and equipment. You also start out in any location of the world you want except for near the place of escape. I will try to have a world map on.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT:
* SatPhone (works anywhere)
* SatLink (data link, including map, locations, and such)
* Semi-automatic pistol (secondary weapon)
* Tranquilizer (tetrary weapon)
* Credit card that's basically unlimited for everyday needs (no calling stealth bombers or whatnot)
* Backpack, binoculars (with enhanced optics and IR/UV/etc filters)
* Laptop
* Misc equipment (elementary climbing equip, etc. aka stuff that I add)
PRIMARY WEAPON:
* Modern weapon, post-modern to an extent too (no hand-mounted railguns)
* Must be holdable in 2 hands and can fit in/mounted beside backpack (no one should see it)
GEAR:
* Gear selected must fit in backpack (mobile)/home (static) and all gear must cost less that $50 000. YOu may buy up to 10 items.
LOCATION:
* Any location. No bases. You home is here.

GAMEPLAY:
This ends up basically being a giant version of Scotland Yard with a bunch of twists. There is combat and a health system that you will see when folks get signed up.
HEALTH:
You may heal any wound at any city or in the field. You have 1 first-aid kit in your inventory, but you may buy more (as extra equipment). You may also heal surface wounds by waiting.
Flesh wounds will hurt. You will need to go to a city (for a hospital) and miss 2 turns at least for surgery.
SKILLS:
Skills build up when you use them by various amounts.
