The target, who calls himself 'Entity X' (*attempt to not giggle*) and from his supposed birth certificate his name is 'Nowan Ilfideme'. If you say it out loud, it's 'No One Will Find Me'.

Supposedly he was born in Nebraska. He went to college and then went to Vietnam. After returning he went to a University and got PhD's in Applied Physics, Applied Chemistry and Computer Science. After working for IBM and various research labs, he went to Iraq and was reported missing or killed.

After a few years we started to find various crimes in New York. Mr. Y, please explain your story while the information loads..."

"Well, as you know i was a rather infamous mastermind for a while, but after seeing how much money legal financial organizations were making i decided to open a bank, unforchanatley after it got large enough a rival found out who i used to be and took over. Questions: How does Transportation work?
Do we win if we either catch or kill entity x, or only if we catch him?

Ok, you get of all crimes if this operation works (it will unless everyone gives up)

Transportation: You basically get a "pass" for free transit. There are several categories for transport:
Civilian: (Only available in US, Europe, 1st-world countries) Public transport (bus, trolleybus, tram, metro, passenger rail, etc.), passenger planes, passenger boats (liners), etc.
Military*: (Only available in (US) war zones) APC/tank ride, helicopter, air force plane, submarine, transport.
Personal: (Only accessible if you bring it with you, i.e. you need to "leave" it at places. It's suggested to keep them with you) Whatever you have with you at the moment, whether bike, sports car, hitched tank/heli or nuclear submarine (the latter is only if ya have 30 players/NPC's in one place... not likely)

*US or EU military. You are liable to be hurt and are expected to help in OPs while moving. otherwise you're booted from the operation/convoy
