There are plenty of games I am waiting for.
But the one I currently plan to buy is Sims Medieval.

I'd love it if Sims: Medieval turned out to be a pretty decent game. My favourite part of the original Sims was pissing about with the magic system and pet dragons.

I'm interested in the demo.  Would be cool if it was in the vein of Majesty...

sims medieval, which by all accounts is much more like a standard sims game than anything remotely like what most Bay 12ers would call deep..

Diablo 3 if it makes it out this year

dungeon siege 3, which should be hot shit with Square Enix and Obsidian behind it

Both of them are TPS, both IIRC have RPG elements. One just features a dialogue engine and more shitty cutscenes.
