Yay! I'm in now!

Oh noes, the soviets are going to fire a manned orbital next year!

May their luck run out.

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

Astronaut Binwin Bingington III (esq.) during an interview after announcing his retirement had this to say:

He looks at the camera, eyes pensive and distant. His voice comes slowly,
"I don't know, when I was up there... up above the atmosphere. It was just so quiet. It makes you think, you know? How small we all are. It made me ask myself what was truly important in my life... and that is my family. The program will go on without me, they have some good men; they just need your support as a nation. What they do is incredibly brave, exploring the harsh unknown beyond the planet. A single mistake, just one little error, could scrub the mission and cause grave injury. It's a high-stress life, you know? I just want to get back home to Texas and see my family."

The picture fades to black before turning to other news.

Sorry, Palazzo! I should have listened when you told me to avoid tripping over all the wires...

Which is strange, considering Phantom was 34 years old in 1999. This one must be his dad, genetic or not.

He must have been such a hero they developed cloning just for him.
Or he was such a failure that they decided he had to redeem himself.
