[38c]Well using underground river

Dwarves will not use wells using underground rivers when the "Dwarves stay inside" is turned on, even though the well itself is inside.

Are you sure they're using it at all, even when they're allowed outside?

yes, one I turned on 'Dwarves can go outside" they began to use it and water my injured soldiers.

Dwarves seem to not do much of anything when the "stay inside" order is on, if the dwarf is already outside. This isn't unique to drinking.
