If you play 40D and know about modding , you'll probably know what it means , but for you people who don't know : It's a modding.....uhh , "Trick" where you copy and paste the same entries in a Random RAW and save it , it results in insane shit , including , but not limited to :

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Couldn't try it due to lack of time and Problems managing my Community fortress , but if anyone has done it , let me know

People do this all the time, mainly by accident. Last thread I remember on the subject was a poster wondering why he was embarking as a crocodile civilization.

There also was the time I managed to get a "world of badass" With Bronze Colossus Dwarves, Elves with Cyclopses, Humans as Giants, and a FB civilization inhabiting the caves. Never found out what goblins were, but I assume it would be something like skeletal Dragons with poisionus blood.

So, it's basically PCP for Dwarf Fortress... a game that's already on LSD?

Sounds like a really bad trip, man.

I thought the goblins were the megabeasts. Anywho, that world was kinda boring (he posted it) because BRonze Collusii don't have [CAN_LEARN]. So you get peasants the entire fortress.

As it turns out, the pen was in fact a poor choice for melee combat in comparison to the sword.
So I just started playing this game and I accidentally nuked the moon.

Well when you find a way to control the results of duplicate raws, I'm sure you'll be able to make that.

Hint: there's no way to control the results of duplicate raws.

If it is to hard, then no.

Super easy.

Go download the RAW from a modded DF, and copy it over to a vanilla install.

Viola.

!!Elves!! would actually be kinda cool as a civ symbol.  !!Clowns!!, however, you get the impression they're on fire of their own free, malicious, evil, will.

Also, much scarier if literally clowns.

Select a raw file, duplicate it.

I played a duplicated raw game as a Fly adventurer yesterday.  I started with 350 speed and no items and I couldn't open doors, but I could fly with ALT+move.  Some kobolds ambushed me and I got beheaded instantly with an axe while trying to wrestle them.

That was from duplicating the Toad entry in creature_amphibians or whatever file its in.
