I can't really say what to make of the mass die-offs, though. Barring further investigation, I can only assume that it must be the end times. I'm going to invest in weatherizing my roof against rains of frogs/locusts, and finding ways to purify drinking water when the oceans boil and turn to blood.

EDIT: In all seriousness, since both instances of bird die-offs were from populations which roosted in a small area, and in close social units, my first assumption would be that there was a particularly nasty disease in their population. I'll have to check up on the pathogen testing the University of Georgia in a few days, but until then that's my hunch.

I think they all just left, they know we will get blown up so they tailed and left fake corpses as a warning, birds i think commited mass suicide by falling down, i don't think they are capale of interstellar travel like the fish are.
