hmmmm.
-Krunk's post

those pipes are in dire need of optimization.

Move C and D to the right, and down.

The chain of pipe-lengths from A-B-C is drastically longer than it needs to be.

My god, we're both doing it wrong.

Danopth(optional) only requires one factory.

The hint is in the very name!

Okay fuck that, It's too much!

1 factory fills in just under 5k cycles (unoptimized)
There is no way I will get it under 2k without at least a day of work.
I've run out of surface area for molecule manipulation.

2 factory seems a bit more reasonable, as you won't have to manipulate N2 and Methane in the same space.

I agree, but I think I'm still going to
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Won't win any awards for symbol usage, but should drastically reduce my cycle count.

Unfortunately for me, every time I finish a level, this is what happens:
*revel in victory*
*open next level*
*look at inputs/outputs*
Sweet Zombie Jesus...
*quit SpaceChem for 24 hours or so*

Did I say 2k? I must seriously revise this.

That 1-reactor will never go below 4k ()

Actually, with an in-place swap, cracking the methane could easily save some hassle.

Cutting the third factory could give you the time-boost your looking for.

Or not, I'm not really sure.

Amusing, I do the same thing.

AWESOME.
I just beat free radicals (took me a hour though), this is seriously the only game where i cackle with glee when i beat a puzzle. i must say, despite knowing that it would be on sale at some point in the future, the evil game made me buy it at full price, and just 3 levels into it, it was totally worth it..

EDIT:

Yuck, think i am about to do the same thing now, stupid sensors and different ratios.

Yeah, knowing that you could activate bonders remotely and that you can put molecules in any shape from the start would have saved me many hours of time.

Hahaa sucks. Kinda unforgiving game; read a letter wrong and you lose an hour of your life :P

Ps. Just finished the demo, was brilliant. Thanks for brining it up. Wish the game wasn't as expensive as it is addicting.

I solved my flipflop problem but can't explain how in text and can't see where I would upload an image. In any case I'm going to bed now. Getting quite frustrated failing to build Ω-pseudoethane...

+1 on Ω-pseudoethyne. I can't quite process that one yet.

My favorite moment came off that same planet, when I finally designed a solution to a puzzle I had previously regarded as unsolvable; Suspicious Behavior on Fidalis.

Note that you can hold the waldo, with atoms or molecules against the wall, with an element-switch on it for a release.

really only useful in places where a sync wouldn't work.
Just don't whack the edge with part of a molecule.
If you have an atom, you don't need to worry.
