We have all of space for solo colonising if that's what your after. We're also nearing TL7, so it's like starting afresh only with some tech levels for a head start.

Mine can welcome new players too. Dragunas Dominus is relatively far enough away from any real problems, since there doesn't seem to be any wormholes to the greater civilized galaxy from our space, and nobody really wants to deadhead for 2+ parsecs.

It's just had a spike for some reason.
.. Well this is kinda playable in eastern europe right now, only momentary glitches every minute for 5 seconds each...

No, it's not Starborn, it's an undeclared empire (They're on the galaxy map viewer, their name is "The Starfold Empire"). An empire with no capital doesn't show up on the empire list, but does on the galaxy map still.
