Ringworlds are easy to find. They're all over the place. Just go out exploring a bit and I'm sure you'll find one.

There are tons of other ones around though, every sector has them. He should be able to just explore from where he is and find one.

Actually in SD we have places for everyone. Sector, System or Planet administrators, we have plenty of space and would be awesome to have more people.

My what? I'm the only person in my empire, other than the two presumed inactives.

But yeah, there were two WHs in the system I'm talking about, one to my system, but the other isn't a dead-end.
